SuperManager Adds Functions for Working with eBay Orders

Need help managing your eBay store? SuperManager is now able to help you! With the release of version 1.6.2.0, SuperManager adds support for import orders from your eBay store. After downloading your orders, you can use SuperManager to:

Manage — Automatically verify addresses against USPS databases, Send dropship requests to suppliers, Check orders against inventory and highlight backorders, Highlight orders that fail your fraud screening criteria, Capture authorized transactions in batch through Authorize.net or PayPal, Send emails in batch to customers using customizable templates
Print — Print customizable receipts, packing slips, pick lists and other reports, Print shipping labels for USPS, UPS or FedEx
Export — Export orders or merchant batches to QuickBooks or QuickBooks POS, Export order information for data mining or integration with other software

It’s easy to get started with processing your eBay orders in SuperManager. Just follow these steps:

  • Log into eBay
  • Hover over the “Hi ” link at the top left corner of the page and choose “Account Settings”
  • Select the “Subscriptions” link below the “My Account” heading on the left
  • Under “eBay Selling Manager” subscribe to either selling manager or selling manager pro
  • Once you have subscribed, you can log into selling manager and click one of the links under the “Sold” banner
  • Select the order(s) you want to download and press the “Other actions” drop-down and choose “Download”
  • In SuperManager, choose “File”, “Import”, “Orders”, “eBay CSV” and select the order you just downloaded from selling manager
