There doesn't seem to be any way to insert the Google Analytics code (no messages to define like on the other pages of the checkout). The Mail Exchange Record tells the ISP's in which direction to route the emails which come into specific domains. In this case, most Legacy store domains are hosted at Yahoo! so they give the store owner the option of changing the Mail Exchange Record to send incoming emails to an alternative host to manage the email.
